FAQ’s / POLICIES *Sales tax charged unless tax exempt certificate is on file.* Insurance and Licensing: In accordance with state regulations, Air-Time inflatables Inc. maintains proper insurance, safety inspections and liscenses. Pickups: We DO NOT allow pickups! If we did allow pickups, consider this: The units have most likely not been properly handled, which raises the possibility of getting a damaged or dirty and unsanitized inflatable. Not to mention the risk of injuries or lawsuits due to improper setup and operation of inflatables. Attendant / Operator / Supervisor: If you choose to provide your own attendants/operators, they must be no younger than 14 years old and present at the time of delivery to receive proper training. Attendant/Operator supplied by Air-Time if needed Rate: $60.00 for 4 hours. A minimum of (4) hours will be charged. For number of attendants/volunteers suggested by you to operate each unit safely see the item description on the price page. Customer Responsibilities: Customer is responsible for electrical and water requirements (including water hoses and connections). Customer ensures delivery path from truck drop-off to set-up point is hardened and level with no steps, steep slopes or drop-offs. Customer ensures set-up area is dry. Please confirm watering system is inoperable and set-up area is not wet/soggy. Wet/soggy areas will cause set-up to be cancelled at customer’s full rental price. The bouncer can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, dirt, or any other surface that is relatively flat. Slightly sloped driveways are not a problem, we set up on them all of the time. We cannot set up a unit on the sand. You must have at least 3 feet of extra space around the perimeter of the bouncer. The entrance side of the bouncer should be facing an open area. The unit must be setup within 100 feet of an electrical outlet. Be sure you have electricity. If not, you'll need to rent a generator. We have generators for rent for an additional charge or you can secure your own. We don't encourage setups near swimming pools; adult supervision must be EXTRA attentive if we do. Some parks will require permits. This is your responsibility to arrange. Some parks will require an "Additional Insured" document naming the city or entity as additionally insured. This service has a 150.00 charge, we just need about 5-7 business days advance notice to arrange the insurance. Refunds will be returned by check only. How far in advance should I reserve the equipment? We are always taking reservations for equipment. The sooner you call the better. How much room do I need? An area that is 20X20 feet should be plenty for a basic bouncer. No overhead power lines or trees should be present because they may interfere with the unit. They should be located away from pools or waterfronts. Each site will be fully inspected before delivery is completed. Where do you deliver to? We cover most of Lexington's surrounding counties, call for details. We do travel farther for larger events! How do I reserve equipment? Simply call one of our representatives at 859-351-5921 and we will gladly schedule your event. A $50.00 or 20 percent (whichever is greater) deposit is required and is not refundable if less than 14 days notice is given. What if it rains or is too windy or cold? If its raining we can not set up a bounce unit outdoors. If it's too windy (25mph or more) or 50 degrees or less we can not set up a bounce unit. In this case we will refund any and all deposit money. If weather conditions change after delivery and set-up, there are no refunds. When is the payment due? Payment in full is due upon delivery. Cash and credit cards and checks are accepted. A charge of $20.00 will be assessed for returned checks. Are moonwalks/bounces safe? Yes! Our units are constructed of industry standard vinyl's, fire retardant, and include an inflated safety ramp/step. There should be no problems as long as you adhere to the safety and operating instructions. Each unit is equipped with blowback valves on our blowers, and have emergency exits. Delivery: Included in prices are free delivery and setup with in 20 miles of Lexington. 20 to 60 miles waive discount on multi unit rentals to cover delivery time and charges. Minimum booking total for party outside of 20 miles of Lexington 495.00. 60 miles or more charges may apply. We will work with the coordinator of the event in the case of impending bad weather, and a call will be made BEFORE we set up.
