  1. Rental Agreement between parties stated above is binding contract. A deposit of 20% or $50.00 is required at booking which ever is greater.
  2. DELIVERY: To the address specified above by lessee (customer). Lessee grants lesser right to enter the property at the said street address for the delivery and subsequent pickup of the leased unit at or around the specified times above.
  3. General Rules to use by lessee when in possession of rental unit.
    1. Only compatible age groups and size shall play in/on leased unit at same time. No adults with children, this could cause severe injury or death to a child if thrown from unit. The maximum number of children on/in unit(s) should not exceed Air-Time recommendations or 400 lbs, which ever is greater.
    2. All children must remove shoes, eye glasses and sharp objects, before playing on/in leased unit.
    3. To avoid neck or back injuries: Wrestling and FLIPS are NOT PERMITTED on/in unit.
    4. CHILDREN'S SAFETY DEPENDS ON YOU. Adult supervision is required at all times. As the lessee of the above unit the safety of all participates is your responsibility.
    5. Absolutely no "Silly String", Gum, Food, or other sticky substances allowed in/on unit leased. If violated and cleaning is required, lessee agrees to pay $100.00 EXCESSIVE CLEANING fee. If SILLY STRING is put on the vinyl, permanent damage can be obtained to the unit and possible full replacement cost of unit charged to customer.
    6. DO NOT MOVE UNIT from original location. DO NOT overload any circuit. It is the responsibility of the Lesser to know if circuit is suitable. 10 amps per blower is needed.
  4. Lessee acknowledges he has been given operating instructions on all leased units and fully understands the safe operation of each unit.
  5. NO alterations, liquids, oils or bubbles should be made or added to the leased unit (ex. ADDING WATER) without permission. If done so without written permission by Air-Time Inc., $100.00 cleaning fee shall be added per unit and lessee agrees to pay this fee.
  6. TITLE TO: Lessee agrees not to sublease to anyone without written permission from Air-Time Inc.
  7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The lessee agrees to full liability of any accident/ injury to anyone in/on said leased unit. Air-Time Inc. shall not be held liable for any accident/ injury caused during lessee's possession unless due to mechanical failure or faulty equipment. Lessee understands serious injury or possibly death can occur if rules are not followed in/on inflatable rented.
  8. The Lessee is responsible for all damages done to above listed rental unit. The Lessee is also responsible for all repair cost or even replacementcost if unit cannot be safely repaired.
Inclimate Weather Policy: DURING PERIOD OF SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS (I.E. RAIN, HIGH WIND, WET GROUND, ETC.) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ALL RESERVATIONS, IF DEEMED NECESSARY, RIGHT UP TILL START TIME OF THE EVENT. IF DUE TO POOR WEATHER OR LOCATION CONDITIONS, A FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE OF ANY DEPOSITS ALREADY POSTED TO THIS ACCOUNT.
Rain during event ends the event immediately. Inflatables are no longer safe for use at this point due to electical shock or becoming very slippery when wet. After setup, customer agrees to payment in full, no matter how long event lasts, if ending due to poor weather conditions listed above.
